52gr A5 White Paperpad * Tomoe River

Tomoe River paper is a silky smooth ultra thin paper of 52 gsm that performs fine with fountain pens. It is smooth but not slippery. Each nib glides across the paper. The ink develops its true colour and sheens appear effortless. No bleed, no feathering with only a little ghosting at the back side. The TomoeRiver paperpad made by Sanzen contains 100 pages in 52gr white paper with plain pages. 

 The Tomoe River notebooks are glued at the top and the first page is a blotting paper. If necessary, you can place the blotting paper under the writing page as a kind of cushioning material. Because Tomoe River is thin, the text (not the ink) may be visible on the underlying pages depending on the pressure in your writing style.
