Original Crown Mill stationery is lovingly crafted by the Belgian family company Pelletier. Original Crown Mill was founded in 1478 in the Abbey of La Hulpe where the monks were given permission to produce handmade paper. Two centuries later, Pelletier’s name and fame had spread so far and wide that the company was granted a warrant of appointment as official purveyors to the court of King Charles II of Spain.
