Nanami Paper.com is an American based company run by Dave. SevenSeas is the brand name under which Dave has notebooks manufactured in Japan.
The MicroDot is a tiny circle with in the middle a tiny dot. A target dot ! It's perhaps a bit too pronounced but it certainy is original !
SevenSeas A5 notebooks have rounded corners and 480 pages in crème or white. They are all made with the famous 52gsm Tomoe River Paper. The binding of these notebooks is Smyth-sewn which allows a notebook to open flat. You can choose between blanc, lined, grid, crosses or dot ruled paper. In each notebook you will find a sheet of blotting paper. The cover has a textile coated surface which gives them a certain chic. Ready to use or to be suited with a book cover of your choice.
Smith-sewn, thread-binding, sewn-along-the-fold, library binding … One thing is for sure only Japan has a special sewing machine which can bind the 52gsm Tomoe River paper to a perfect flat opening notebook !
